Day to Night Little Black Dress with Daily Look

09:15

It's been ages since I last did a style collage post, so now seemed the perfect time to show you how I would wear the classic Little Black Dress from day to night (take a look at the LBD page and create your own collage here)! As the festivities approach, wearing items in different ways from shopping to parties is often so simple and can make your wardrobe appear so much bigger by mixing and matching capsule pieces.

DAY: The simple slip dress with lace details looks great with bohemian accessories for a laid back look. Traditional flannel shirts layered with over-the-knee marl socks add texture and layers to stay cozy and warm, finished off with black suede cowboy boots and a plain scarf to keep the outfit relaxed.

NIGHT: Red and black are a classic combination! The lace is doubled up with a burgundy bralet to add emphasis to the lace panels in the dress, and would look perfect matched with some gothic dark red nails. Vintage themed accessories and stacks of silver jewellery add a touch evening glamour to the simple dress. Then there's the shoes! These red suede lace ups are the main accent to finish the outfit, as well as adding texture and shape by having cute details like the cut-out heel and peep toe.
All products featured are from DailyLook*, and you can click here or on the collage to all of the item details!

What do you think of these looks? How do you like to style your LBD?
